Es geht nur um den Begriff "Kicker", der im Englischen auch eine ganz andere (viel mehr gernutzte Anwendung) Bedeutung hat.
Nun müsste man nur noch wissen, was "Kicker" noch so bedeuten könnte, isn't it ?

Kicker hat laut meinem Wörterbuch übrigens die Bedeutung "Fußballspieler", aber ich glaube nicht, dass Lu das gemeint hat... :D

Nöö. Ich glaube kaum, daß ein englisches Mädchen oder junge Frau rot wird, wenn Ihr jemand erzählt, er hätte fleißig "Fussballspielen" , bzw. "Tischfussball" trainiert.

Was bedeutet Kicker nu? Im Oxford Advanced Learners find ich nix was mich darüber aufklären würde.

DA hilft sicher nur nen Englisch-Englisch Wörterbuch weiter. Die haben meistens auch umgangssprachliche Bedeutungen dabei.
